Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Beat two eggs.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients using a standing or hand mixer. Mix well!
Roll out pie crust and press into pie dish. Press edges to make imprint using a fork.
Fill pie crust evenly with pumpkin pie mixture.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for an additional 30-45 minutes.
Remove to cool for 2 hours.
After 2 hours serve or refrigerate and serve chilled later.
